What is a REAL ESTATE AGENT ®

? A REAL ESTATE AGENT ® is a licensed property representative( sales representative or broker )who is likewise a member of the National Association of REALTORS ®, a private expert organization.

What are the broker education requirements?

A total of 180 class hours of Board-approved courses is needed. Proof of passing the course and a monitored last assessment are required for course approval. You must complete at least three courses from the broker-specific courses below. One of the three must be a 45-classroom hour property brokerage course.
